Abstracts & Presentations – Key Information

  • We would like to kindly inform you that the abstract evaluation process is still ongoing.
    Please be assured that all submitted abstracts remain under careful consideration, and we will contact every submitting author individually with the final decision.
    Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • Abstracts are submitted during registration by selecting an oral presentation or poster and uploading the file.
  • The deadline for abstract submissions for oral presentations was 9 June 2026.
    We are still accepting abstract submissions for poster presentations.
  • All submissions are evaluated by the Scientific Committee, which assigns accepted abstracts to oral or poster sessions.
  • Oral presentations: 15 minutes. Detailed instructions follow after acceptance.
  • Posters: Posters should be prepared and printed in A1 portrait format (841 mm and width: 594 mm). Poster boards and mounting materials are provided on-site.

Title of the abstract

(Calibri 14, bold font, line spacing 1.5, text centered)

Author(s): full names, degree/academic title and affiliations (name of organisation, city and country) for all authors (Calibri 12, 1.5 line spacing, text centered, presenting author underlined)

Abstract body (up to 3000 characters including spaces) containing an introduction, aim, materials and methods, results and summary/conclusions (Calibri font 12 points, single line spacing, justified text).
