Abstracts are submitted during registration by selecting an oral presentation or poster and uploading the file.
The deadline for abstract submissions for oral presentations was 9 June 2026. We are still accepting abstract submissions for poster presentations.
All submissions are evaluated by the Scientific Committee, which assigns accepted abstracts to oral or poster sessions.
Oral presentations: 15 minutes. Detailed instructions follow after acceptance.
Posters: Posters should be prepared and printed in A1 portrait format (841 mm and width: 594 mm). Poster boards and mounting materials are provided on-site.
